Dr. Andrew Wellington has a othopaedic out-patient clinic. Sarah Hopkins is a sales manager at an international medical equipment company based in the US. When they met, they instantly fell in love. But that did not stop him from going to bed with another woman when Sarah had to go out of town. She comes home early to find the two of them in bed, packed her things and left.

To get back at Andrew, Sarah wrote a letter to Andrew’s NHS Hospital Trust with two major complaints. Andrew was summoned to the Trust Board offices and told he was suspended with full pay until further notice.

Andrew was in New York to give a few lectures. While in a coffee shop one morning, in walks a woman who is the spitting image of Sarah. Her name was Alison. After a week, Andrew was in love and proposed. The next day, they were married. When they returned to her place in New York, Andrew was flipping through a family album and realized that Alison was the twin sister of Sarah Hopkins, but he did not tell.

When Sarah found out who Alison married, she was more determined to get even with him and ruin his career. What will happen when Alison finds out that Sarah was Andrew’s ex-lover?
